Hi there,

Your account owns a Business plan, so you should be able to access chat, provided an operator is available, or else should be directed to submit an email ticket.

What exactly happens if you try to contact live chat? If you go to the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact and it does not show live chat as an option, it means someone is not available at that moment. However, I see you have submitted an email ticket already. Someone will reply to you there soon.

Thank you. I did receive an email back regarding my question last night.

But per the “Live Chat Support” article, it indicated that if agents were unavailable to assist, I would see “Submit Support Ticket instead of Chat with Us” which wasn’t the case. All I get is an “Email Us” button, and still only have the option of the Email button today.

@adriennegraddon can you go ahead and send the email with your questions? Live chat should be available 24/7, but even if you do catch it at a moment when operators are in other chats, as a business plan owner your emails will be answered right away (much more quickly than a forum post would.)

I have tried the live chat a dozen times today and again I only have the option of email. I just tried again because my issue is still not resolved (and again no Live Chat). The forum responses are actually a quicker turnaround time than the emails I submitted oddly enough — which per your advisement shouldn’t be the case — but I still need help with the following: I need the CSS coding to make my post title on my featured image “Graddon Consulting and Research, Inc. Expert Legal Lot and Land Use Consulting Company” to be a smaller font specifically for mobile. It’s the appropriate size for desktop and tablet viewing, but gets cut off when viewing it on a mobile device. Can you please assist?

Hi for the page title on your home page, you can use the following media query in your custom CSS and it will allow you to adjust the font size for screens 600px and narrower.
```
@media screen and (max-width: 600px) {
  .page-id-1 .hero.with-featured-image h1.page-title {
    font-size: 2rem;
  }
}
```
