I am not able to access to the site.

    I created website for a community group in 2015. I thought I renewed it last year, or I might have forgot. Now, the message above says the site is linked another WordPress.com account. We are trying to change with the website last year and stopped it with some reasons. I don’t remember if we create another account for the website or what really happened at that time.

    Is that possible to recover the access to the website?

    Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account, and could you please share your site URL?

    Please keep in mind, these forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com managed hosting. If your site is hosted elsewhere, help is available in the WordPress.org forums.

    I used to have a site linked with my account for a community group. Probably I didn’t renew it last year, as it was really unusual time. Or did we change the account for the site? I don’t remember if we did or not. People still can send message through the site to me. Is that possible to restore the access to the site from my account for using it for the group again?

    It doesn’t appear that there is no history of any site being connected to the account you are contacting us from. It is possible to transfer the site to this account, but the first step is to identify if this site is hosted on WordPress.com, and if so, what account it is currently under.
