  I am not able to add plugins nor able to delete them. There’s no button of add new plugins in plugin section. Please look into this

  What site under your account are you wanting to use plugins? Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  They are usually used for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
