    I have upgraded my plan to real-time backup, it is still not appearing in my account.

    Can you please make the changes?

    and Why am I contacting via this forum, don’t you guys have a proper support channel for paying users?

    We can’t help you as it seems your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.
    To solve the 503-error, you must contact your hosting.

    Kindly clarify what backup service you’re referring to. Is it JetPack backup? Or some other backup service?

    If this is in relation to JetPack Backup, the JetPack website (JetPack.com) has a “SUPPORT” tab at the very top that opens a page with information on support options (for both paid and free users).

    As you’re a paid user, simply follow the link below (make sure to with the same account you used to purchase the product) and contact JetPack Support directly.

    Or just wait… for a WordPress.com staff to check your account and respond to your issue.

    I can confirm that you purchased Jetpack backup, but it appears you then cancelled it for a full refund. You can see that here as well: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    I’m not able to look into the issue any closer however, as this is the support forum for WordPress.com sites. In this case you will want to reach out to the Jetpack team here and they will be able to assist you with adding backups to your site, thanks!
