I am not able to close my account!

  I need help closing my account. I received a mail saying I will be charged for a renewal of my premium plan + domain name tomorrow. I logged in to cancel it and close the account but nothing loads. Even the contact us for doesn’t load. Please help!

  It looks like you have already closed your account, so, just to confirm, your upgrades were removed as well, and we’ll not going to charge you for the renewal.
