I am not able to customize my theme

  I am using WordPress for blogging since 2014 but recently I faced a problem in customization of my theme so kindly fix the bug.

  Hi abhijeetmehta,

  Are you on a paid WordPress.com plan or the free version? Making CSS customizations to your theme is only available to paid WordPress customers.

  If you share more detail on what you’re trying to accomplish, we could possible help you out!

  Hi, staff-brock I am on free plan and I don’t want to customize CSS I just want to customize my theme(UI) and earlier I did it many times but now they are not allowing me. Even I am not able to login to WP admin panel.

  If you navigate to “My Sites“→”Customize“, you can always customize your current theme. Do you mean you can’t execute this process?

  If you mean that, how are you unable to perform it? Even if you press “Customize“, the customizer doesn’t show up?

  Did you try rebooting your device or clearing your browser cache? It sounds like the browser issue.

  Sorry for the inconvenience.

  You can access to the old dashboard via https://abhijeetmehta.wordpress.com/wp-admin/. How about trying accessing to the customizer through the old dashboard?

  Anyway, the issue you have sounds weird. Just in case, I’ve tagged this thread for staffs. Someone of them reaches you and assists you soon. Please wait for a moment patiently.

  Whenever I tried to go with https://abhijeetmehta.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ I am being asked to log in again, even though I am already logged in.

  And when I log in with my email Id and password. The same page appeared asking for login ID and password.

  Yes, It is totally weird. It is a very first time that I am facing such an inconvenience.

  That points to a cookie problem. Please make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser:

  Preview Problems and Third Party Cookies

  Then clear the browser cache and cookies again and log into your account.

  Also please make sure you have JavaScript enabled in your browser:

  http://enable-javascript.com/

  Lastly, please disable all browser add-ons you might have active. One of them could be preventing either cookies, or JavaScript, or both from working, which would explain the issue you’re describing.
