i am not able to edit the theme, upload theme, or add plugins to my site

    Hi Guys, I used PHPMYadmin and got a database username and password, i have worked in cpanel before, but new to php my admin and more over i am not a programmer also,

    now the problem is in any post or page if i tried to add an images its showing this error “Unable to create directory /var/www/sites-available/www.morlund.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

    and when i try to add the theme also it show similar error what might be the problem can any one help me out with this ?
