  Hi there!

  On WordPress.com it is not possible to edit your whole site’s HTML. What exactly are you trying to achieve? We may be able to find an alternative for you.

  Also, to clear up any further confusion, you have probably seen tutorials for WordPress.org sites – there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is a stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
