I am not able to get free domains but others are able to get the same domain and for free

  hi wordpress team,
  I wanted to say that I am not able to get free domains but my friends are able to get that domain and that also for free and to me it is not even showing anything about the free domain. I hope I will get a satisfying solution for my above mentioned problem
