I am not able to get the videos to play, and keep receiving the error msg

    Error: unsupported video type or invalid file path

    I want to play videos from my computer or iphone.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    I was able to play your video as seen in the screenshot below:

    Please go to Settings > Media in your Dashboard and Un-check:

    Only display videos in free software formats

    Once you uncheck that please click Save Changes. Then restart your browser and try playing the video again.

    Let me know if that doesn’t work!
