I am not able to log on to the wp-admin site

    I am trying to log on to the wp-admin site of my wordpress blog set up through bluehost and the password appears invalid. password reset does not work – the notification claims that the host disabled my email notifications. I do seem to have limited access to the backend of my two websites now through the runningonchemo log on. please advise how to merge the two usernames and regain access to my primary bluehost powered wordpress blog.
