I am not able to login into my wp-admin panel, it gives an error.

when i try to log in into wp-admin it gives an error :
This page isn’t working
maggaa.club redirected you too many times.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
to fix this i go to php myadmin and change my sites address from https to http.
now i can login into wp-admin but all the images in my posts and website are gone and i am not able to even publish anything and it says site is probably offline.
