  i dont know why you guys are asking for uploading of my ip address ….and not able to find setting section …

  Your site westerngarments.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  you can log in to your site at westerngarments.com/wp-admin/ , if you don’t remember your username and password then ask your host to reset, or you can reset your password easily if you have access to your database :)
