I am not able to make payment for Premium Plans

  Please tell me how to pay for premium plans, I have tried VISA and MASTERCARD debit and credit cards both. Is it because of Indian card ?

  Hi there:

  When you try to submit payment we get the following error: “The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes.”

  It’s pretty common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.

  Once they clear that up you should be ok to make a purchase.
