  Hi there,
  Could you please tell us the address of the site you need help with?
  Once we know that we can point you in the right direction for support.

  If you have a website hosted not on WordPress.com, the admin panel shall open if you add /wp-admin to it, like this: example.com/wp-admin
  Normally login window shall show up.
