  i wnat to buy a premium package . i do pament by debit card.
  it shows transection declined . by security prblm. contect to your bank i contact to bank but there is no prblm in my card. my frnds are also faces this prblm ,

  please solve my prblm soon

  Hi there!

  Did you contact your bank regarding this? If not, I would encourage you to contact them for more details. Generally speaking, once you let them know that you want to make a purchase on WordPress.com, they can remove any block right away.

  If you’ve already contacted your bank, could I ask you to create a screenshot of the exact error you’re seeing when attempting to purchase WordPress.com Premium? We have a guide on creating a screenshot here:

  Take a Screenshot

  Upload the screenshot to the Media Library of the site you’re trying to add the plan to, and I’ll be able to see it from there. I can then pass this onto our billing team to investigate further. Thanks!
