I am not able to post my poll (advice please)

Can anyone help me with this problem. I have a wordpress blog. I created a poll for it and saved it. It has the word publish, but when I put the mouse over it, a cross is formed. It does not appear to be a link and I can’t publish my poll. I am at a lost of what to do. There appears to be no way to publish the poll. Have I missed something.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What browser and version are you using? Try the Cookie Dance: Log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart computer. See if that fixes it.

https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/sanoop4)After you create your poll, you must send it to the editor. Most likely you have created your poll from the dashboard button on the left? To insert the poll, you must use the button above the editor. # 10 and choose the poll and “send to editor”
