  By recover, do you mean just password reset or the whole account? Do you have access to the email used for that account? I don’t have much information to work on so I suggest you visit the link below too see your options.

  Hey there, you will need to fill up the form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery . You need to provide proof of ownership to recover your account.

  I don’t have currently any of the three..

  Transaction ID, Activation URL or key, 2 factor authentication codes

  I have email id which was created in the subscription that is my running office mail and I can’t share the details in public.
