I am not able to update my websites’ theme or update my site information.

    Hello,
    My website is saying that changes are unable to be made and to contact support. I am not sure why the changes can’t be made.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to make changes to the site at https://44.194.15.148/, via your WordPress.com account?

    That site isn’t hosted on our servers, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin. But it appears the site itself is offline – it just loads a blank white screen for me – so most likely whatever is wrong on the site is also preventing the Jetpack connection from working properly.

    Please contact your hosting provider directly for help getting the site working again. Once the site works again, the Jetpack connection should also work.
