I am not able to update my wordpress or install any plugins/themes

I bought this new theme/plugin, but I am unable to use it. I cannot update wordpress either. Ever since I moved my blog from blogger to wordpress, I have encountered numerous problems including a supper laggy blog. Here is a screen shot of the error I keep getting when trying to install the new update or a plugin.

Thanks for the link on the difference between the two sites. How would I go about switching over to the ORG? It would eliminate a lot of these issues, right?

Without you providing the URL, but based on the screen shot you provided – You already have a WordPress.ORG install of the WordPress software running – the .ORG is determined by the software and the fact that you don’t seem to be hosed here –
If you provide the URL of the site you are having trouble with that will tell us for sure

Is the wordpress premium only available for the .com users? I always thought it was just wordpress. I’ve had 3 web designers work on my blog, and they all have screwed me over. The first one migrated my blog from blogger to wordpress and redesigned my site. I used to get about 300-400 comments for every new post I did.
I really hope I can get my site going again soon. It’s been a while since I posted. :(

Sad to say there seem to be a lot of bad “designers” in the world
I looked at your site, it was slow loading with lots of pictures on the front page – you might want to look at the “More Tag” to help organize your front page and make your site load quicker – that will also help your site with search engines since slow loading will have your site downgraded

I heard that google will ding you if your site is slow. Is “More Tag” a plugin?
I heard about the “WP cache” plugin, but i am still waiting for a response from the ORG forums. -
I should send you to the .ORG forum – but the “More Tag” is built into all WordPress software – the instructions below should also work with your .ORG software
