I want to upgrade my free plan. I tried many times but was not able to make a payment. Is it possible to make payment using a debit card. I tried monthly payments.

Debit card is an option. I looked more into this and I see this is not the first time it has been unsuccessful for you. Based on my research, I recommend speaking with the bank for the most recent card you tried to get more information on why you are not able to make this purchase. Let us know what you find please.

When we try to bill either card that you provided, we get a “transaction declined” message. You need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.
Once they clear that up, you should be able to make that purchase.
