  I’m sorry, but I’m afraid you will not be able to upload your own theme with a free WordPress.com website.

  You can choose from the available themes here – https://wordpress.com/themes- to use.

  You can find more information about themes from this link:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

  You will need to have a Business Plan in order to Upload a Custom Theme.
