I am not getting a confirmation email so that I can start publishing posts

I got a confirmation email at the very beginning, but WordPress site said the code was inactive. I keep getting a message saying that I need to confirm my email each time I log in. I have clicked the “resend email” button several times and have yet to get a confirmation email.
I was considering spending $99 on a premium package for my nonprofit, but the TOTAL lack of customer service and a problem to get-go has made me rethink the return of such an investment.
If someone at WordPress can straighten this out in the next 24 hours, I would gladly consider doing business with them.

I have been checking the folder for the last three days. If the first confirmation email went through, and your reply as well, why wouldn’t any of the other twenty go through?

I’m sorry you’re encountering that problem. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
