I am trying to get people to likes my links, etc. I don’t have any followers or likes. I have created 3 different sites and a few different links. What am I doing incorrectly?

Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
Note that switching themes https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#switch-themes can be easily done, provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site, you tohttp://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog. wp-admin/themes.php
We have a preview function. No content is lost when switching themes on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. It does not matter if the site is private or public.
Provided you are logged in as Admin under the username account that registered the site go to https://wordpress.com/themes and type in your key words, or the name of theme.
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

All that’s required to follow any blog hosted by wordpress.COM is exactly what you were required to provide to register here, and that is a valid email address that the published posts can be sent to.
Here subscribers control their own subscriptions and frequency of receipt of posts from sites they subscribe to. We cannot act on their behalf.

The bottom line here is that you need to create and publish content to attract followers and meaningful comments (likes don’t have much value).

Just like any other place with a like button, for example, Facebook, one has to register a username account and be logged in to be able to use it. Quick Tips for Selecting Categories and Tags
1. Categories and Tags are one or two (sometimes three) words keywords (i.e. terms potential readers would be likely to use if they searched your site).
If you wanted to find your blog post then which terms would you search for? Use those terms as your categories and tags.
2. Think in terms of from “broad” to “narrow”. Categories are keywords that define broad topic headings.Tags are keywords are more specific terms indicating what a post is about.
3. Categories and Tags are treated the same way by search engines so avoid duplication. Do not use the same the same keyword or keyword phrase as both Categories and Tags. Do not use keywords already found in the post title and the text as Categories and Tags.
(a) Assigning the same keywords or keyword phrases to the same post makes one appear to be a spamdexer AKA tag spammer trying to game search engine results.
(b) Category and tag duplication has a negative effect when it comes to blog organization and you can end up with an awful mess you need to edit in the future. Worse still, editing categories and tags amounts to deletions and deletions mean broken links in search engine search results.
(c) Remember that readers ought to be able to click one link for a single term (Category or Tag) and find all relevant articles in your blog quickly and easily. Assigning the same terms as both Categories and Tags results in duplicated search results that will be frustrating for readers who are searching your blog.
4. Know that “less is more”. The aim is to use the least combined number of relevant keywords or phrases as possible to accurately describe the contents of any post.
5. Ask yourself: Which three keywords describe your post’s topic, content and message?

This includes multi-level marketing (MLM) blogs and pyramid schemes. To be clear, people writing their own original book, movie or game reviews and linking them to Amazon, or people linking to their own products on Etsy do NOT fall into this category.

Yeah to get to the heart of the issue: these sites aren’t going to get new followers because they’re only a bunch of links to other sites. They will likely be banned.

Thanks for confirming. I wanted to be encouraging. All this blogger needs to do is get rid of the links aimed at driving traffic to commercial sites that violate the terms of service, and actually create and publish some original and engaging content.
