I am not getting email after transferring my domain

  Since transferring my domain from Network Solutions to WordPress I haven’t gotten email at my email address- joan@moontreedesigns. The last email i received was May 18th. We have been trying everything that we can try. Net work solutions sent the following email :Dear Joan Geiger,

  Thank you for contacting Network Solutions. We are here to ensure that you are happy with our services. Let’s get started in helping you with your request.

  Cname Records:
  MAIL.MOONTREEDESIGNS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET
  SMTP.MOONTREEDESIGNS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET

  Mx Records:
  10 – INBOUND.MOONTREEDESIGNS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET

  My web site is fine. The reason why I wanted to transfer or map my domain is I want to use i-craft theme so I can set up an on line store. But I can’t get any thing done until I can get my email back and up and running. Thank you.

  Hi!

  In order for your email address to work correctly, you’ll need to add the email records to WordPress.com as they’ve indicated. We have a tutorial on how to do that here:

  Can you give that a try?

  We tried that 2 times. It did not work. Network Solutions said that WordPress had to do it. Should we completely redo everything ? Would that get my email back? I have an new email that you can contact me.

  Hi there,

  I just re-entered those three Network Solutions records in your domain here. (There was some extra information in the records you entered which was keeping them from working.)

  Usually, email records like that will start working after a few hours. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
