I am not getting email to cancel upgrade

  I want to cancel the bundle I bought because I need to have my site hosted through another site. I didn’t realize the difference between WP.com and WP.org initially. I tried canceling a few times and never get the email (yes, I did check my junk mail). Can someone please help? Thank you

  I see that you canceled and removed the Premium upgrade, but left the domain:

  neighborsourced.co

  Do you still need help with this?

  No, thank you. I got the cancellation email when I looked on my phone. It still doesn’t appear on my webmail… weird but oh well. Sorted! Thanks!
