I am not getting emails

    Despite wordpress having my correct email address I am not getting emails and or in the spam mail – I get this message but cannot confirm my email ??

    Please confirm your email address.
    A confirmation email was sent to ???? Confirmation will enable publishing of posts on your blog.
    Resend Email | Update Email Address

    Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Thanks for reporting this! I made some adjustments from my end and you should begin to access your account normally. Please let me know if you’re still experiencing problems with this.

    I also sent you an email just to make sure you’re able to receive emails from us. If you can send me a reply, that would be great. :)

    As per timethief’s advice, it would help to provide some usernames that aren’t getting those emails. Additionally, whether users will receive emails also depends on their current subscription settings:

    OK, thanks, I did get this mail and appreciate your action on this. The only person I know for sure is receiving is (email visible only to moderators and staff). None of the editors or authors who are following are receiving : (email visible only to moderators and staff) aka megansimone, (email visible only to moderators and staff) aka joewelstead, (email visible only to moderators and staff) aka Une Année d’Amitié

    Hi fffing,

    Unfortunately I’m not aware of any problems with our emails going out to blog subscribers. For the moment, keep a close eye on this and see if the problem continues for your new posts. Also make sure that you and your friends have the proper settings to receive emails:
