I am getting emails on new Comments, but not new Posts.
I had to change my email address to get Comments, but still do not see new Posts.
Where can I (as a “follower”) turn on new Posts? -

I can see that you’re following the blog judithcurry.com, so I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be receiving emails.
A couple things to try. First off, please make sure the emails aren’t ending up in spam. The email address on notifications is (email visible only to moderators and staff) so you could add that to your email whitelist.
It looks like you followed via WordPress.com, rather than by email, so you might try that (there’s a link on the blog’s home page) and let me know if that helps.
Finally, you mention: I had to change my email address to get Comments”. What do you mean? Were you unable to receive any emails at your previous address?

I am now getting new posts but no comments (as desired), but it took much fiddling. I can’t recall which of the two or three panels tried actually worked.
Part of the problem is that the timing of new posts and new comments are lagged. This means that testing each “fix” may take a day.
One of the stabs in the dark was to change the email address, on the assumption that the old address was munged. It is the new email address that is now working,
