I am not getting password reset link or any email from wordpress.com to my domain's email addre

  Hello Admin,
  I have domain latestglob.com
  Which is running on wordpress.org

  I have created some email account like (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  And also i have created wp-admin account from that email address.
  I have installed JetPack in my website.
  But the problem is that if they want to connect jetpack with the email address that i have created they are not receiving any email(s) from wordpress.com which is necessary to reset password and activate account.
  I have checked with other emails address to send mail to that ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) which is working fine.
  But wordpress.com not sending any email(s) to those emails((email visible only to moderators and staff)).

  Please help me with that.

  Hello Raj,

  At the moment you have two sets of login details:

  1. Login details for your WordPress.org site (these don’t exist on WordPress.com and are only used for logging into the site directly).

  2. Login details for your WordPress.com account.

  When connecting a site to Jetpack, you need to use your WordPress.com details. You can see which email address this is on your Account Settings page:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account
