  I am not happy with the service and am canceling it. I thought it was supposed to be free. And I am being charged. I would like a refund immediately please. Thank you.

  You can still have free website on the wordpress.com platform, but it all depends on the features you want or need.

  What is the URL of the site you are paying for?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to cancel the upgrade and request a refund.
