I am not receiving a confirmation email

  Hello,
  I am not receiving a confirmation email. I looked in my spam folders, my junk folders etc. I double checked the spelling of my email and everything is correct.
  Can you help me please,

  If you use Gmail, then have you checked the “Promotions Tab”?

  Hi Jeniece,

  Our system shows a number of confirmation emails were sent but several of them bounced. It would be worth checking the “Promotions” tab @vishalmukadam mentioned and the spam folder in your email account in case any have gone there — in which case you can click on the link included in the email.

  If they aren’t there, just let me know and I can follow up with you by email.

  I checked my spam folder already, and the spelling of my email. Still have not received anything. Not sure why it would bounce back.

  Disregard. My email was correct…my yahoo said yhaoo…that is why I didnt get any emails and didn’t see what was happening.

  Thank you though. I am going to smack myself for not seeing that tiny error on my part!!
