Hi there. Please check your spam/junk folder and if you use Gmail also check the Social tab of the inbox.
Additionally, also check the email address listed in your account settings and make sure there are no typos in it: https://wordpress.com/me/
Let us know if you still can’t find it.

I think the link expires after a while. Have you tried resending it? There should be a link on your dashboard to do that.

WordPress.com is trying to send the verification emails to the email address listed in your account settings, but your email provider is rejecting those emails with this message:
Recipient address rejected: Access denied
Please contact your email provider to find out why those emails are being rejected, and to request that they allow emails from WordPress.com to come through.
If you’d like to use a different email address on your account, instead, you can enter that in your account settings. Please keep in mind that if the email address is already linked to a different WordPress.com account you won’t be able to use it with this one. (Each account must use a unique email address.)
