I am not receiving all of my emails, why?

    Some of my emails get delivered and some do not. The portion not delivered is relatively small (5%). The emails do not bounce back to the senders. So no one knows that they were not delivered. We cannot see the missing emails. All of the missing emails seem to be addressed to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (rather than to my other address: (email visible only to moderators and staff))

    I am not seeing that (email visible only to moderators and staff) is affiliated as an email address with your account. Could you explain what type of emails you are expecting?

    luigi. The emails I am expecting are not related to my website or blog; rather they are normal emails from folks I often receive emails from.

    Hey there,

    I see. Thank you! Could you please make sure that all the settings given to you by your email provide are correct here:
    https://luigizamarra.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

    You can click Edit → DNS to check the settings given to you.

    If NONE of your emails were getting through, it might be an issue with these settings. However, since you’re receiving SOME of the emails to your address, chances are the settings ARE working well. I would actually suggest making sure that they are not being caught in your filters/spam folder/etc with your email provider.
