  Try checking your SPAM or Social folders. The email may be in there.

  If you are unable to find the email, tagging a post with “modlook” alerts staff that you need additional help.

  @amigoshruti, can you tell me what you remember about your original WordPress.com sign up back in 2014? Do you remember if you signed up using one of the WordPress mobile apps or in another way? Do you remember if you completed an activation email at that time by chance?
