I am not receiving confirmation emails

I am getting the following message:
A confirmation email was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Confirmation will enable publishing of posts on your blog.
Resend Email | Update Email AddressBut it is not sending me an email. I would like to confirm my account so I can make updates.

Thanks for the help. While I didn’t see the email (it could be caught in our corporate filter) the issue is resolved and I am back to blogging. Thanks for your help!
