I am not receiving emails

    I saw the below email to renew my email hosting so I thought everything was fine by the mail:
    Hello,

    The G Suite account ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ added to your domain ‘cnidesigns.studio’ will renew automatically in 1 day. You don’t have to do anything — this is just a reminder.

    You will be charged $72 for this renewal on January 27, 2021. This price does not include any applicable taxes which will vary based on your billing address. The charge will be made on your [redacted], and will appear in the statement as WPCHRG.COM.

    See all your purchases and manage them under your account.

    However, I have stopped receiving emails for gsuite account (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I don’t see the payment, but I would be happy to still have wordpress host, i just don’t want to use the website. Please help in receiving emails. I can send emails, just not receive them from this account.

    Hi there – We were able to locate the transaction based on the information you provided, but the account you are using to post this topic is not the account which owns the site and upgrades you need help with.

    Please log out of “charlenenicol” and log in as “cnidesigns”.

    Once you have logged in as “cnidesigns”, visit your purchases area and renew any upgrades that need renewing. If you have questions, stay logged in as the owner, and come back here to let us know you need more help. We’ll be happy to oblige. :)
