I am not receiving my activation e-mail

  Hello,

  I signed up for WordPress to use Gravatar, but when I try to log in at WordPress it requires me to activate my account. However, it never sends me an activation e-mail. I’ve already tried the resend option both at the login page and in the support section.

  I’m using the e-mail address associated with this account.

  I am also not receiving my activation email. I know the email is not in a spam folder or filter. I also know my account is not activated. I have waited for an email for over 24 hours. Please help me get my Gravatar account active.

  Thank you, kardotim and timethief, but I’m afraid the problem persists.

  When I try to sign in at Gravatar, the page I get tells me they’ve sent me an activation e-mail.

  When I try to sign in at WordPress, the page tells me: “Your account has not been activated. We sent you an email with a link to activate.”

  I never receive the e-mail, even when I ask to resend. It’s not in my spam folders either.

  For some reason though, if I try to log in at Gravatar, and get the activation message, I can click on the WordPress link in the top right corner, go to WordPress and I can access my settings. It’s also allowed me to leave messages on this forum that way. I can not access WordPress through the normal sign in screen though.

  I also have the same problem. I do not have an activated account. I simply get an “Confirmation email sent!” page when I attempt to sign-up. The confirmation email is never sent, so nothing ever happens. No support exists for the Gravatar site, so you are given the impression the service itself is dead.

  I’ve just made a few changes. Could you please give it another try. Go to https://en.gravatar.com/site/login/ and log in with your WordPress.com username and password.
