  I am not receiving my confirmation email. My email is correct. I checked all my folders, and I read through all the forums. I need help

  Hi there, just to double check, when you say you’ve checked all your folders does that include your Spam/Junk folder?

  I have noticed that sometimes the confirmation email does end up there unfortunately.

  If that’s not the case then this forum post may provide some further assistance as it links to a couple of articles and troubleshooting ideas. Otherwise it may require that a Staff member take a closer look for you.
