I am not receiving my forgot password reset email.

  Hello there,

  I’ve officially declared this the worst support for a major website thus far. I’m currently trying to help my employer with her website — eatbreathethink.com — which runs off WordPress.

  She cannot find her password, so we have asked for it multiple times via forgot password reset link, yet WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A THING!!! This is maybe the 3rd time we have tried over the past month. We were able to logon on other computers, but we can’t reset it without an email activation and recently we have lost even that access. I’m emailing you through my account because you are literally impossible and not helpful unless users are able to login.

  SHE NEEDS HER EMAIL RESET for user (email visible only to moderators and staff) – or under eatbreaththink

  Please help. This is urgent. You should probably get a phone line or something. Super frustrating to use forums.

  Hello there,

  The email for the user eatbreaththink is being sent to the yahoo address with which she registered her site.

  The email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff), is not registered at WordPress.com, which explains why you’re not receiving email there.

  Please have your employer check her yahoo inbox (including spam folder) for that email.

  If you need me to send another reset email to that account, I will. Just let me know if you need that.
