I am not receiving the 2FA email code

  I’m having trouble signing into my account because I have not received the Two-Factor Authentication code. Although I know the email address and password, I can’t get in.

  I tried to change my email address, but I don’t remember the name. Is there any other way I can change my email address to log in?

  You mentioned that you knew the email and password. Were you prompted to fill in a 2 Factor Authentication code upon logging in?
