  Please double check that the email you have entered here https://wordpress.com/me/account is correct.

  Check spam/social folders to see if the email went there.

  If using gmail: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/

  If you have checked all of the above and still do not receive the email, add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can assist you further. You will see the option to add a tag to the right hand sidebar. Type modlook and click on add. After doing so, please be patient while waiting for someone to get back with you.
