I am on signed on at WordPress but can't get authorized to post on another blog?

  I may have inadvertently deleted my blog but it continues to be on WordPress.And yet when I attempt to post on another blog WordPress denies permission.What’s up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And that is not a WordPress.com blog. It is a WordPress.ORG blog, and thus has a completely different registration system. You will need to get a sign-in for that blog.
