  How come I have to do my own updates even though I paid a premium price to have this on automatic?

Here any updates happen automatically behind the scenes by Happiness Engineers. If you’re talking about the site with your username but ending in .com you’ll need to take up any issues you’re facing with the host of the site Godaddy.
