    Thanks for writing to us. Which product are you specifically having trouble with? I’d like to see if it’s visible from my side of things when I look at the site.

    The site is running on a WordPress installation rather than using WordPress.com. I can see it’s currently pointed to Name Cheap and was also registered there.

    Which plugin are you using for the products?
