I am receiving too many random emails since i signed up on this site

  I am getting lots and lots of email advertisements since setting up a blog on this site. I seem to remember something it being stated that I could discontinue getting those types of emails whenever I wanted to?

  I’m not sure the emails you’re receiving are related to WordPress.com. Could you post an example of one of the messages or forward one to support@wordpress.com so we can look at the details?
