The purchase of the domain’s with word press was not necessary as I had already purchased a different package for a simple website to start. I did not realize until after I purchased the WordPress package and I would like to request a refund at this time until I am ready to build a more fancy website.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

That is the email address on the account you’re logged in to already, and as mentioned, we have no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
