I am so confused, I am not even sure how I had 2 different Word Press accounts. I just assumed that I was always in the same account. I understand from someone in forums that I had a separate account. Obviously I have never used this account. Can I be reimbursed for it?

On Thursday, April 29, I have a chat saved that lent me to believe that I was cancelling all Word Press, so I would have assumed that they would have all been cancelled and refunded, but apparently I had 2 separate accounts. I didn’t realize this. I would like to know if I can still be credited for the $300 and $49 that were billed on April 14. It is really hard when this company doesn’t communicate by phone. PLEASE HELP
