I am so lost with who is hosting this site and why nobody claims it

  I have paid money to bluehosting, siteground and wordpress but no one claims my site. how do i know what im doing if no one will help? i have successfully had a blog with blogger for over 11 years and thought id try something different but this is terrible. Either i get some help or i want my $ back. Debi
