i am sooo confused. i have a wordpress act created by balboa press.. my sign in is chennig but the password won't work to access my website to write a new blog.

  ive been told by balboa to enter [username] as user name in a box that should come up on word press that sez ‘authentication required’ i can never get that box to come up… i have a password for that sign in.. meanwhile when i just try to log in as [username] the password i have doesn’t work my phone is [redacted]..

  This is WordPress.com not Balboa Press. Staff here will not have access to an account with another company. If Balboa Press are using WordPress it will be the WordPress.org software and you’ll need to continue asking them for assistance.
