i am sooo confused. i have a wordpress act created by balboa press.. my sign in is chennig but the password won't work to access my website to write a new blog.

  ive been told by balboa to enter authorsolutions-admin as user name in a box that should come up on word press that sez ‘authentication required’ i can never get that box to come up… i have a password for that sign in.. meanwhile when i just try to log in as chennig the password i have doesn’t work my phone is [contact info redacted by staff]..
